President Billy Cromedy Accepts Invitation From The White House

Advantage president, Billy Cromedy, joined a small group of fellow minority owned business leaders from around the country who met with senior White House staff officials on Tuesday December 4th.  The three hour roundtable discussion focused on the current fiscal cliff debate as well as its potential impacts on the overall economy and small minority owned firms.  White House officials took the opportunity to elaborate on the President’s budget plan as well as detail his call for much needed infrastructure and capital improvement spending.  The meeting also offered the minority business owners in attendance an open forum to discuss what they perceived as their overall business challenges and obstacles in their individual markets.

Advantage Contracting is pleased to announce that they now hold Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) status.  The State of Pennsylvania has approved our application to participate in the PA Unified Certification Program.  This certification is accepted by the Philadelphia International Airport, Septa, PA Department of Transportation, and the City of Philadelphia.

Advantage Contracting is now a certified minority vendor with the Pennsylvania Department of General Services (DGS).  This certification enables us to help our customers meet any and all minority participation goals on both City of Philadelphia, and state funded projects, which include but are not limited to the Philadelphia airport, Pennsylvania government buildings, and local federal contracts.
